Restaurant Sobentein in Ahrensburg

Our Duck To Go was really good. Also the side dishes to the point. In addition, the price was absolutely reasonable. Thanks to the Söbentein team who, despite the circumstances, prepared a great Christmas dinner for us.

The last time we were at Söbentein we were made aware that you can order a goose or duck with or without side dishes to go for Christmas Eve or Christmas. We found the idea 💡 great and did so straight away. We opted for the goose with side dishes and loved it. The side dishes come in sealed plastic bags. You can have the goose carved or whole. We wanted them all to take some nice photos but to be honest afterwards you shred them until you can't see any goose, so it's better to carve them. It was the best goose I've ever eaten. Very tender, not dry at all, no thick layer of fat, no cartilage or bone splinters in between. Just perfect There was also Brussels sprouts Red cabbage Dumplings And a cranberry sauce On request we wanted potatoes There were 2 throats and 2 large pieces of breast. I didn't think it was enough but it was perfect. Can recommend it to everyone. When Corona is over, we'd like to go to the restaurant again. At the end there was a mulled wine with or without alcohol and distance.

Ahrensburg Castle, Marstall cultural center and the Söbentein restaurant. I like to combine the sights with one another, as the end of the day should definitely include a good dinner and a bottle of wine in Söbentein. Very cozy and clean restaurant, attentive and friendly service, the cloakroom was removed and brought to the cloakroom. A clear menu helps to find the right food, according to your appetite. The food is good quality. Sufficient wine selection and depending on your preference. Overall price range acceptable. Reservations recommended. Overnight at the Hotel Am Schloss Ahrensburg possible, we will certainly book it once.

Highly recommended, the young lady who served us was courteous and served us great over the evening. My wife is also enthusiastic. The price is ok for the good quality.

The Söbentein Restaurant Bar Café is located in the Hotel am Schloss Ahrensburg and is located directly on the Alter Markt Ahrensburg. In times of Corona, I can recommend staying on the new summer terrace. I had a flame cake with chanterelles and a glass of white wine and was also impressed by the particularly friendly staff. Corona's shorter menu, very tasty dishes, service very friendly, competent and reserved. The prices are very moderate for the quality offered. It is cooked without the use of flavor enhancers! We would love to come back!

We were invited for a late breakfast. Personally, the noise is too loud. The place at the table too tight. The offer would have m. E. can be better. Staff was good.

The Söbentein is directly connected to a hotel and doesn't look like a restaurant with a Low German name. Very pretty, cozy and stylish. The card - or pray de Spieskoort hett flat-düütsche Överschriften, aft there is still a lütten basic course with flat-düütsche Wöör. So the menu is kept quite small, but it promises fresh and well-made dishes. A Wiener Schnitzel for € 21.50 is actually two schnitzel. There are only German wines here. My Pinot Gris was excellent.

I can only recommend Söbentein! The food always tastes fresh, very tasty and the staff is very friendly. The free parking in the underground garage and the warm ambience also provide a major plus.

The Söbentein (17) in Ahrensburg is a great address for a delicious dinner in a very nice atmosphere! In the immediate vicinity of the Ahrensburg castle, we have delicious food here, and the rest of the card sounds very promising and will definitely try next time! The service was extremely sympathetic and attentive! We can definitely recommend the restaurant with its very successful decor and the delicious food!
